Hagemann Farms LLC is a new name for a very old business. Founded in 1836 as Rancho del Valle de San Jose, the ranch originally spanned over half of what is now known as the Livermore-Amador Valley. In 1889 it was purchased by August Hagemann significantly diminished from its original size. Today we're down to five acres of farm in the unlikely location of a neighbourhood near downtown Livermore. For the past forty years, Hagemann Farms has continued to operate as a boarding facility for local horses. Today, we're expanding that operation to become a full service equestrian facility while maintaining the character of old California...

As a full service facility, we offer the following:
100'x200' Arena (Arena is currently 88'x200', soon to be expanded)
A full riding track
a 50' Round Pen
70'x70' Turnout Corall
Full Tackrooms
a Downtown Location that is still connected to local riding trails
Measured Feeding with a balanced diet of Alfalfa and Oat Hay
Stalls and Paddocks cleaned daily
Personal Attention to all horses by the stablemaster
Oversight by Equestrian Veteran Irene Randall of Windmill Ranch Tours available on request.
